The Barn

This modern, stylish and sunny beach house is located close to the water at Rocky Bay. A short walk through a reserve brings you right out onto the water where you can fish off the rocks. Alternatively it's a short stroll (100m) to a sandy sheltered bay. The property has expansive sea views looking back towards the coast of Auckland. The Barn is equipped with everything you need for a holiday break including an expresso machine, kayaks and even your own boat mooring....

1st bedroom has Queen sized bed. the 2nd bedroom has 2 Single beds. 3rd bedroom is in the open plan loft area above the lounge and has 1 Double futon.

Bath and shower. Seperate toilet.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine.

Lounge:
Lounge with TV, stereo and DVD player, libary of books and music available.

Dining room:
Dining up to 6 people.

Laundry:
Washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor facilities:
Table tennis table, 3 decks with outdoor furniture and BBQ. 3 kayaks with life jackets, aluminum dinghy and mountain bikes available. Offstreet parking and internal garaging. Mooring available.

•7 nights minimum booking over Christmas New Year (Dec 20 - Jan 10)
•1 night stays available with surcharge to cover cleaning and linen:
Sunday to Thursday night, available to book anytime except during long weekends and Christmas New Year.
Friday & Saturday nights only available to book at the earliest, during the week beforehand.
